Soy una consultora CX y diseñadora curiosa con experiencia relevante en diseño digital, estrategia de marca e innovación de negocios. Mi trabajo centrado en el cliente ha ayudado a personas y organizaciones a explorar nuevas formas de generar valor y reactivar el crecimiento.
Mi experiencia abarca el desarrollo y lanzamiento de proyectos de diseño de principio a fin, así como la participación en distintas etapas del proceso de resolución de problemas. Con un rol práctico y directo, mi trabajo es tangible, co-creativo y multidisciplinario.
Chileno-alemana de origen, en London por elección. A lo largo de más de quince años, he colaborado con equipos y clientes en Chile y el Reino Unido — trabajando de forma independiente y con agencias como Interbrand, Oliver, Grey y Daw. Hablo español, inglés, alemán y algo de italiano. Actualmente soy Senior UX Designer en Konrad Group en London, embedded en el equipo de producto de un importante retailer del Reino Unido, trabajando en UX de servicios financieros.
